For the most accurate map, enter the complete address, including the street, city, state or province, postal code and country. You can then move or zoom the map to choose the exact area you want featured.
Can I choose any location for my necklace?
Yes. You can personalize your necklace with almost any meaningful place in the world—from the street where you first met to your childhood home, wedding venue or favorite travel destination.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I adjust the map before ordering?
Yes. Use the interactive map to reposition and zoom in or out until the most meaningful location is centered. Please review the map carefully before adding your necklace to the cart.
How long does customization take?
Because every necklace is made individually, production requires additional time before shipping,approximately 7–10 business days. The current estimated production and delivery time will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Can I change the address after placing my order?
Please contact us within 7 hours of placing your order. Changes may be possible before production begins, but once your personalized piece is in production, the selected address can no longer be changed.
Can personalized jewelry be returned or exchanged?
Because each piece is created using your selected location and personalization details, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Please review your address, map position, material and engraving carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from the details submitted, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos—we’ll make it right.
