Production and dispatch normally take 7–10 business days. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Cancellations are accepted within 7 hours of placing the order.

Each piece is individually crafted in your selected finish—Silver, Gold or Rose Gold—and carefully polished to highlight the delicate details of your personalized map.
